All of our products are in the shop area of the website.

What categories are there?

In order to find what you are looking for Triathlonsportshop is using a category structure. This structure is split into a small set of main categories:

Within these main categories you can find subcategories to combine products.

What attributes are there?

There are lots of attributes on the Triathlonsportshop.com website. They are divided in attributes you can find on every product and those that are product related. The main attributes are:

  • Brand
  • Price
  • What we think

Other attributes are ingredients, color, size or taste for instance.

Why can't I find more products?

We just don’t have all product available in our shop. As (professional) triathletes we have experience with various products in almost all categories and we picked the ones we would use ourselves. This means that we do not have 100.000 products in our shop, but a small set which we would most definitely advice you to use.

Is your favorite product missing? Please feel free to sent us a note and let us know why we should have this product in our shop. We are happy to try out new products you support.

Are all products on stock?

Triathlonsportshop has a small amount of stock items. For others we use drop shipping through our preferred suppliers, which means you will get the product directly from our partners. We try to keep their stock up-to-date on our site, but there is a lag in the update proces which could in some cases mean we have to place a back order. Before we do so we will contact you if this suits you.

How do I place an order?

How do I place an order?

Go to the shop of the website and find the products you are looking for. Add those to your shopping cart and proceed to check out to order your products.

How can I use a coupon code?

After add all your product to your shopping cart it you enter your coupon code. This is before you go to check out where you fill out your shipping information.

Did you fill out a coupon code which is no longer valid than there will be a message tell you this. Is it a personal code, which has no data attached and it isn’t working? Then contact our customer care team to find out what is wrong.

What to do if your favorite product is not there?

If you need to re-order a previous item then you can find all of your orders in your account.

How does the payment proces work?

What payment methods are available?

For the time being there are three ways to pay for your order.

  • Paypal (all countries)
  • iDeal (The Netherlands)
  • BanSofort (Belgium)

Do I need to pay VAT (BTW)?

All products on Triathlonsportshop are including VAT (BTW) and everybody (incl. companies) need to pay VAT.

Where can I find my receipt?

When you are logged in on Triathlonsportshop you can find all your orders and receipts in your account.
